Our office is always looking for ways to help as many people as possible have beautiful, white, healthy smiles, and we are pleased to offer our patients an exciting new program called Lifetime Whitening!

The Details about Lifetime Whitening
When you come to our office for your initial examination and cleaning, we will provide you with custom bleaching trays and material for a one-time enrollment fee of $99. Then, at each six month preventative visit, we will give you a complimentary touch up kit of bleaching gel. This ensures that you will be able to keep your teeth bright and beautiful for life!

All we ask in return is:

• A one-time set up fee of $99 (to cover the cost of materials)
• Become a patient (if you're not one already) by coming in for a cleaning, exam and x-rays.
• Keep your six month preventative visits current. Your long term dental health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that these six month visits greatly help reduce emergencies. That is why we are happy to provide this extra bonus for our patients who are committed to their dental health.
