How it Works
Each new patient you send to us will receive a $10 new patient exam including x-rays and gum disease screening. Simply cut out the gift certificates to the right, give them to the people you care about, and have them call us to schedule an appointment. On the back of each one, please write your name so we know who to thank for the referral.
